Enfield Montessori School has been captivating the imagination of children from Enfield, CT, and surrounding towns since 1965. The school's namesake, Dr. Maria Montessori, believed that a child is both a hope and a promise for mankind. EMS teachers employ Montessori pedagogy philosophies and methodologies to engage students through self-directed experience-based education, following the child's innate curiosity, fostering a love for learning through the joy of discovery.
